In modern production processes, robotic arms are widely used in automated production lines. A CNC robotic arm is an automated operating device that can mimic certain movements and functions of a human hand and arm to grasp, transport objects, or operate tools according to a fixed program. Its characteristics include the ability to complete various expected tasks through programming, and its structure and performance combine the advantages of both humans and machines.
The advantages of multi-joint robotic arms are: flexible movement, low inertia, strong versatility, the ability to grasp workpieces close to the machine base, and the ability to work around obstacles between the machine body and the working machinery. With the needs of production, increasingly higher demands are being placed on the flexibility, positioning accuracy, and working space of multi-joint arms.

High-level palletizing robots and their associated automated production lines are widely used in industries such as flour, feed, beverages, food, and automated logistics.
The automated production line for the palletizing robot system includes an automatic packaging machine, a bag-turning machine, an inclined conveyor line, metal detection equipment, a turning conveyor line, a checkweighing device, a shaping device, and an end-of-line gripper. Materials are bagged and packaged by the automatic packaging machine, then conveyed to the bag-turning machine, where the bags are laid down and continued to be conveyed. The inclined conveyor line then transports the bags to a height suitable for the work area. For sites with strict product quality requirements, metal detection equipment, checkweighing equipment, and a curved conveyor line can be selected for precise material inspection. The shaping device shapes the packaged bags before they are transported to the end-of-line gripper for palletizing by the robot.
